Due to Apple limitations, it's currently only possible to select one "App Group" at a time.
Here's a simple workaround: Create a third "App Group" that combines the apps from your first and second groups. That way, you can select just one group that covers everything you need.
Here's how:
Go to Roots > Blocking > Blocking Settings > "App Groups"
Tap New App Group and give it a name (e.g. "Combined")
Add all the apps from your first and second "App Groups" into this new one
Use this combined group when setting up your block
