Due to Apple limitations, it's currently only possible to select one "App group" at a time.
Here's a simple workaround: Create a third "App group" that combines the apps from your first and second groups. That way, you can select just one group that covers everything you need.
Here's how:
Go to "Roots > Today (bottom tab) > Account settings (top left) > Blocking > App groups"
Tap "New app group" and give it a name (e.g. "Social + Entertainment")
Add all the apps from your first and second "App groups" into this new one
Use this combined group when setting up your block
