Do I need a credit card to start my free trial?

At the moment, this isn’t available, but we’re actively working on adding a direct credit card payment option.

In the meantime, if you don’t have a credit card to start your free trial, please reach out to us directly from the app: "Roots > Profile > Account Settings (top of the screen) > Help Center (under Help & Support) > Scroll down to Contact Us". We’re happy to help!
