Do I need a credit card to start my free trial?

First off, we know this can be frustrating. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

At the moment, this isn’t available, but we’re actively working on adding a direct credit card payment option.

In the meantime, if you don’t have a credit card to start your free trial, please contact us by tapping the chat bubble below and mention your Roots ID. Here's how to find it:

  1. Open the Roots app

  2. Go to Profile (bottom right tab)

  3. Tap Account Settings (at the top of the screen)

  4. Tap on Your Name

  5. You'll see your Account ID listed there under Account Details
