You can turn off Roots notifications in two places, depending on which ones you'd like to silence.
Turn off notifications for a specific block
This controls alerts for that block, like when your "Daily limit" is reached or running low, or when "Blocked hours" start and end.
Go to "Roots > Blocking" and tap the block you want to edit (or start creating a new one)
Scroll to "Notifications"
Turn off the notifications you don't want for that block
Save your changes
This is handy if you still want updates for some blocks but not others.
Turn off general Roots notifications
This controls "Screen Time alerts," "Weekly reports," and "Marketing" notifications.
Go to "Roots > Today (bottom tab) > Account settings (top left) > Notifications" (under "Personalization")
Turn off the notifications you want to disable
