Here are a few things to try:
1) Quick reload
Go to "Roots > Help" (top right of the "Blocking" tab)
Tap "Reload blocking"
This often syncs the timezones properly
2) Reset "Screen Time" permissions
Go to "Settings > Screen Time > Apps with Screen Time Access"
Toggle Roots "OFF" (If Roots is listed twice, remove access from both.)
Reopen Roots and grant "Screen Time" access when prompted
(This forces a fresh connection and usually fixes time zone issues.)
3) Restart the app and device
Force close Roots completely
Restart your phone
Open Roots again and check if the times are now correct
