This usually happens when you're using "Chrome". Websites accessed through "Chrome" don’t always appear in the "App Picker".
To fix this, try visiting the website in "Safari" instead. After browsing it there for a few minutes, it should show up in the "App Picker", and you’ll be able to block it.
Note: Make sure you're not using "Private Browsing" mode, as websites visited in private mode may not be tracked and therefore won’t appear in the picker.
