If your blocking group is locked, here are two options to try:
1) Use a "Pause"
Go to "Roots > Blocking > Tap on Pause" (top of the screen). Using a "Pause" will temporarily lift the block, allowing you to make edits. Then, save, and tap to "Resume Blocking".
2) Use an "Emergency Unblock"
Go to "Roots > Help (top of any page) > (Scroll to the very bottom) Tap on Emergency Unblocks".
If you’re out of “Pauses” or “Emergency Unblocks”:
Reach out to us directly from the app: "Roots > Profile > Account Settings (top of the screen) > Help Center (under Help & Support) > Scroll down to Contact Us".

To find your Roots-associated email ID, go to: "Roots > Profile > Account Settings (top of the screen) > Tap on Your Name > Account Details > Email".
