If your blocking group is locked, here are two options to try:
1) Use a "Pause"
Go to "Roots > Blocking > Tap on Pause" (top of the screen). Using a "Pause" will temporarily lift the block, allowing you to make edits.
2) Use an "Emergency Unblock"
Go to "Roots > Help (top of any page) > (Scroll to the very bottom) Tap on Emergency Unblocks".
If you don’t have any "Pauses" or "Emergency Unblocks" available, just write to us: "Roots > Profile > Settings (top of the screen) > Contact Us".
Please make sure you mention the email linked to your Roots account and we’ll be happy to add some for you!
To find your Roots-associated email ID, go to: "Roots App > Profile > Settings > Edit Account > Email"
