How to fix it:
There's a strange Apple bug that can cause this issue in some random cases. Here are two solutions we've seen work:
Option 1: Restart your phone
A simple restart often resolves the communication limit glitch
Option 2: Reset "Screen Time" permissions
Go to "iOS Settings > Screen Time > Apps with Screen Time Access"
Remove Roots access, then re-open the Roots app
Re-grant Screen Time permissions when prompted
Note: This may cause you to lose your historical screen time data in Roots
