If your weekly report is showing 0, this is a known bug that our team has identified. We're planning to fix this issue in our next app release.
In the meantime, here are some quick fixes you can try:

Force quit and relaunch Roots:
Swipe up from the bottom of your screen (or double-click the home button on older iPhones)
Find the Roots app and swipe it up to close it completely
Reopen Roots from your home screen
Tap the reload icon:
Look for the reload icon in the top-right corner of your weekly report screen
Tap it to refresh your screen time data
