RotoWire Community Discord: Getting Started

Updated over 3 months ago

Anyone with a RotoWire account can join our Discord server, whether you have a subscription or not.

If you still haven’t made a RotoWire account, get started now.

Although most of the channels in our server are free, we have some channels that are only accessible to subscribers. Those would be our “Ask An Expert” channels as seen below,

If you have any issues joining our server, it may be because you have previously joined under a different account. In that case, we would suggest either to start accessing your previous RotoWire account or send us an email at support@rotowire.com and we’ll be able to deactivate your other account.

If you wish to use our Discord server, as a subscriber or not, we just ask you to follow a few simple rules,

1. Respect Other Users & RotoWire Admins.

We forbid malicious personal attacks, name-calling, vulgarity, and “trolling” in our Discord rooms. While lively conversation is encouraged, please treat Discord users and RotoWire staff with respect while participating.

2. Do Not Post Promotional Material or Spam.

We only allow promotion from approved partners/sponsors.

3. Do Not Post False Information.

Post only accurate reported information from reputable sources relevant to the sport/topic discussed in our Discord rooms, which are meant to help users’ fantasy play. The intentional and/or malicious sharing or fabricating of anything meant to mislead – including unconfirmed or fake stats/data/ news/other false proprietary information -- will result in a ban of chat privileges, at minimum.

4. Contact Us Separately – Outside the Room – About site issues.

If you have any questions or issues with RotoWire.com tools, it’s best to just message us directly at support@rotowire.com

5. Our Rulings Are Final.

RotoWire staffers may delete posts or warn/ban users for unlisted reasons if we determine the circumstances do not fit the standards of our community.
