Refund Policy / Money Back Guarantee

Updated over 4 months ago

RotoWire has been an industry-leading provider of tools, data and resources for over 20 years, helping all types of fantasy players to succeed for many sports and game types. We firmly believe that applying our tools to your process will help you become a more successful fantasy player over time.

Although RotoWire offers default lineups and the occasional recommendations from our experts in article form, we are not a site that directly sells lineups or picks, nor are we marketed as such. Play any recommendations at your own risk, and be sure your own research lines up with a given play before entering paid contests or placing your bets. If you're not having the success you envisioned, please feel free to e-mail support@rotowire.com for tips and tricks, including tools you might not be aware of, to help maximize your chances of winning.

RotoWire does offer a money-back guarantee that is detailed in our Terms of Service. If you decide that the site isn't for you, you can e-mail support@rotowire.com to request a full refund within the first 30 days of your subscription. Our support representatives will ask a few questions about the tools you were looking for, as well as attempt to address any technical website issues your encountered first, but if a solution cannot be reached, they will go ahead and refund your subscription and remove your access.

After 30 days, you can still receive a pro-rated refund based on the time used. For example, if you bought a year and request a refund after 30 days, you'll be charge for a full month (no annual discount) and refunded the rest.

We cannot issue refunds of any kind after 60 days from the initial payment or after the conclusion of your subscription. This also applies to automatic renewals that are past our refund window -- it is on the user to keep track of their subscription and renewal dates, though we do provide a notice of upcoming renewals to the primary e-mail address on your account (we are not liable for e-mail servers that block this automated message or send it to spam).

All subscription types, with the exception of free trials and special deposit offers, will automatically renew by default. Subscribers can adjust their subscription or cancel an upcoming renewal on their account information page. The cancellation will apply to the upcoming renewal date, and you'll still have full website access until then. Note that canceling a subscription does not trigger a refund process -- this needs to be handled with our support team directly.

Note that RotoWire cannot process refunds of any kind for subscriptions or one-off purchases that are made through Apple or the Google Play store. We do not have access to those customer records, and purchases there are subject to the refund policy and terms of service of those companies. Any refund requests must be taken up with their support team directly -- RotoWire support will not be able to assist.
