Disputing A Charge

If you're considering disputing a charge from RotoWire, we ask that you please contact us first at support@rotowire.com. One of our support agents will often be able to work out the issue you're having, and if it does come down to a refund, the support team can credit your account and make the funds available within 5-10 business days. Often times when filing a dispute with your bank or credit card company, it can take up to 60 days to settle and receive the funds, so working with us directly will almost always entail a quicker resolution.

Please note that all refunds are subject to our Terms of Service, which will be cited with the processor the dispute is filed with if RotoWire is unable to reach the account owner for a resolution.
