With the release of Rowan Patents version 3.27.3, we now support configuring our Generative AI features to access your firm or company’s own model (through Portkey) or to use your own Azure OpenAI endpoints. Our GenAI Chat and Assistants can then access your preferred model to accelerate your patent application drafting.

Rowan Patents will continue to provide our local Llama 3.2 model for all GenAI users. We will also still provide our existing OpenAI GPT-4 access, which is available upon request. See Select a GenAI Model for use with Rowan for more information. And be assured that, as always, Rowan Patents will never send your data off your local system without your explicit command.

Note that you will not see all GenAI features and improvements immediately upon updating Rowan to the latest version. You may need to contact us and request options you want us to enable for you or your organization.

Please speak to your Rowan Patents Account Manager or contact us through the Rowan Patents Help interface with any questions, to request access to these new options, or to let us know what additional models you'd like to be able to use with Rowan GenAI.
