Build or open a USPTO OA response package and go to the Response Writer workspace.
Click the section menu icon revealed to the upper-right of the section you want to delete when you click or hover over that section.
Select "Delete section" from the section menu.
Click the "Delete" button in the resulting confirmation dialog.
Your section will be removed from your response and will not be exported.
Note that for templates having cover pages including a list of sections, these will need to be reviewed and updated after export.
