Open Rowan Patents and click Start New Office Action Response.
Fetch or browse your file system to upload the desired Office action and click Next.
Click a thumbnail to select a template from the set provided and click Next.
Note that if your template is set up to populate a response signature block with dynamically selected attorney information, you will be prompted to point to an appropriate attorney spreadsheet.
Add and review the pertinent claim set and click Next.
Review and adjust the analyzed Office action as needed and click Generate Package.
Review package files and adjust file selection if desired.
Save your package as a Rowan .rpr file
OR
Click Go back to Package Builder or New File to start over.
Click Export control above or select Export Package under the File menu to save a .zip file containing your package files for additional work outside of Rowan
OR
Continue drafting your Office action response in the Response Writer, along side the supporting data provided in the Package, Summary, and Rejection Navigator tabs.
