Open Rowan Patents and click Start New Office Action Response.
Fetch or browse your file system to upload the desired Office action and click Next.
Note that a workflow for amending claims without entering an Office action and building a full package is also provided.
Click a thumbnail to select a template from the set provided and click Next.
Note that if your template is set up to populate a response signature block with dynamically selected attorney information, you will be prompted to point to an appropriate attorney spreadsheet.
Add and review the pertinent claim set and click Next.
Review and adjust the analyzed Office action as needed and click Generate Package.
Save your package as a Rowan .rpr file and continue with the Rowan prosecution workflow
OR
Click the Package workspace option to Go back to Package Builder and make changes or the New File option to start over completely.
Note that the Response Writer workspace alone is provided for the workflow to only amend claims.
