With Rowan Patents installed, ask your FIP account manager to enable the Send to Rowan feature in that IPMS.
Go to your desired matter in FoundationIP.
Click the dropdown menu icon for the desired Action with the necessary documents attached (e.g., a USPTO Office action and the appropriate version of the claims).
Select Send to Rowan from the dropdown menu.
Select the desired Office action document in the list provided and click Next.
OR
Click the Amend Claims button to work on claim amendments without building a full response package.
Click to select the desired Claims document and click Enter Response Flow.
This will take to to the template selection step for building a response package in Rowan Patents. You will be presented an interface to review your claims after selecting the display and export template.
Access Rowan Patents Prosecution from FoundationIP
If you use Clarivate's FoundationIP IPMS, you can send your desired documents to Rowan Patents prosecution directly from the activity in your Matter.
