Select the Settings > Flag Preferences... option under the Tools menu.
Click the Edit button for the flag you wish to customize.
Type the name you want for your flag.
Click Save to save your changes.
Your custom name will now be displayed anywhere you select flags or filter by them, either as part of a list, or as a tool tip revealed upon hovering your cursor over the flag.
Note that flagging categories are customizable at a file level. It is recommended that you define your desired flags in a reusable .rp template file for consistency.
