Configure Custom Export Formatting

Set up an .RPR file with your desired formatting settings for text styles, page layout, and header/footer contents, then use that as your starting point going forward.

Written by Laura Berwick
  1. Start a new OA response package.

  2. Under the Tools menu, open Settings > Document Styles.

  3. Open the Styles Editor file to configure your font/paragraph styles in the Word interface provided.

Note that any page layout changes made in this file will be overwritten by those in Rowan's Document Settings.

  4. When you're finished, save and close the Styles Editor interface and click Done.

  5. Click the Margins and Header & Footer position controls under Document Styles to configure these settings to reflect your preferences for an A4 page export.

  6. Go to Header and Footer settings to customize text and image content for the header(s) and footer(s) for your first and following pages.

  7. Save this .RPR file for reuse when you start a new Office action response.

For your next response, you can make a copy of this file and open that copy to begin the OA response process, or select this file as a template when you start a new EP response in Rowan.
