Open your source file and your target file.
Open the Drawing Tool for both files.
Open the Sheets panel in the left-hand sidebar for both files.
If desired, click the Expand icons at the top right of the Sheets panels to expand the panels to a full window view.
Click, Ctrl+Click (Cmd-Click for Mac users), and Shift+Click to select the thumbnail(s) provided in your source file Sheets panel for the figure(s) you wish to merge into your target file.
Click the drag handle to the left of a selected thumbnail and drag your selected figure(s) to the Sheets panel for your target file.
Hover in the area where you wish to insert the figure(s) to reveal an insertion bar at that location.
When the insertion bar appears, release the mouse to drop the figure(s) there.
Your figures along with all text in their associated specification sections will be inserted at the desired point in your application. Reference numerals in autonumbered figures will be automatically updated to reflect the appropriate part numbers in both the figure(s) and specification section(s).
Note that the quickest way to reuse ALL figures in Rowan .rp file may be to merge that content in at the file level. All figures and their descriptions in the source file can be automatically brought into the target file.
Close your file if desired.
If needed, click the Collapse icon at the top right of the expanded Sheets panel to return to your figure canvas.
