Open the Sequences Manager.

Click the Add button or select Add New Sequence from the Sequences menu.

Enter a Nickname as a memorable way to reference the sequence for your convenience, or as a secondary signifier for the sequence in your application.

Select a molecule type and qualifier molecule type from the options provided.
​
​

Click the Save button.
