Please note: RFH Auction is still under development. As a result, screens, functionalities and settings may sometimes look slightly different from those shown in this article. We regularly update the Helpcenter to reflect the latest version.
To change your personal settings, click on your buyer name (top right of the title bar) to display the Account menu. Here, you can select Settings straight away.
Clocks
Have you just started using RFH Auction? If so, please watch the video below first. In it, we explain step by step how to set up your first auction and get ready to start buying.
Setting up the clocks
The Clocks tab shows the auction configuration available for the selected profile. Here, you can set up the auctions in which you wish to bid.
On the left, select the auctions you’re interested in from the list of available auctions. On the right, you’ll see an overview of the selected auctions displayed in the auction list; here you can also select your starting auction (the main clock at the start of the RFH Auction) and secondary clocks.
Use the bin icon to remove a clock from the clock overview; you can also do this by deselecting the clock on the left. You can adjust the order of the clocks in the clock overview and of the secondary clocks by dragging a clock by its icon or name up or down.
Hotkeys
The Hotkeys tab displays the hotkeys available for the selected profile. By default, these are the same as in KOA.
The clocks and presets shown here correspond to those displayed in the previous tabs.
Check the hotkeys and only adjust what is necessary.
The shortcut must be unique across the numbers, clocks and presets.
You can always revert to the default settings (as in KOA) using the button at the bottom of the screen. If you wish to use different shortcuts, you can do so by clicking the ‘Remove all shortcuts’ button; the numbers, clocks and presets will remain, and you can choose the shortcut yourself.
Notifications
The Notifications tab displays the following notifications available for the selected profile.
Here, you can set whether you want to hear a sound when a bid is won and/or when a lot marked for you comes up on a clock.
“Winning bid”; this allows you to enable a sound when a bid is won. The sound is enabled by default; you can disable it using the slider if desired.
“Marked lots”;
Set to 0 to indicate that you do not want an audio signal for a marked lot
Set to 1 to 12 to indicate when you want to receive the audio signal that a marked lot is coming up on the clock, i.e. how many lots before the marked lot is on the clock.
Appearance
The Appearance tab displays the following settings – available for the selected profile – relating to the appearance of the purchase screen.
Here, you can specify which layout you wish to use.
We currently offer 3 layouts;
‘Landscape – small secondary clock’, designed to provide an overview of a larger number of clocks.
‘Landscape – large secondary clock’, designed to display more information about fewer clocks.
‘Portrait’, this layout is widely used in dealing rooms
The colour mode offers two different colour schemes.
Audio
On the Audio tab, you can configure and test your audio.
Select the microphone you wish to use. Is the input level highlighted in orange? If so, your microphone is working correctly.
Next, select the desired speaker and click on ‘Test speaker’ to check the sound.
Finally, you can make a recording to check that everything is working properly.

The current version is displayed on the Support Center tab.
