This page explains the following sections:
Personal settings
Once the basic settings are correct, you can set your personal preferences in RFH Auction for each buyer profile (KOA identification or workstation).
Click on your buyer name (top right of the title bar) to display the Account menu. Here you can select Settings directly.
The profiles available to you are displayed at the top, with the selected profile active.
General
The General tab displays the presets available for the selected profile. Here you can see the number of available presets.
For each preset, a default shortcut key is initially displayed (the same as the default in KOA); if you wish, you can change this, provided the shortcut key remains unique across the presets, numbers and clocks.
Check whether these default settings make sense and adjust them as necessary.
A maximum of one preset can be set as the default preset; this is selected upon logging in and when choosing the profile.
For each preset, you can change the shortcut or set it as the default.
Clocks
The Clocks tab displays the clock configuration available for the selected profile.
Here you set the clocks on which you wish to be able to buy.
You select the clocks you are interested in from the list of available clocks using the shortcut key to select the relevant clock as the main clock.
The clock shortcut keys shown here are the same as the default ones in KOA; if you wish, you can customise them, provided the shortcut remains unique across presets, quantities and clocks.
The clock type indicates whether you want to see this as the main clock, a secondary clock or in the clock overview when logging in and selecting the profile.
If multiple secondary clocks are displayed in the purchase screen, they will be shown in the order indicated here. In this example, E01 is the first secondary clock and A12 is the second secondary clock. Clock E02 is only shown in the clock overview.
The clock can be adjusted by clicking on the relevant line or the pencil icon, which will bring up this details screen.
Quantity keys
The Quantity keys tab displays the quantity keys available for the selected profile. By default, these are set to match KOA.
Check the number keys and only adjust what is necessary.
You can also always revert to the default values via ‘Reset Shortcut Keys’, which is located at the bottom of the list of number keys.
The quantity (including packing configuration ‘STW’ or ‘EHD’) can be changed.
The number keys shown here are the same shortcut keys as the default in KOA; if you wish, you can customise them, provided the shortcut remains unique across presets, quantities and clocks
Notifications
The Notifications tab displays the following notifications available for the selected profile.
Here, you can set whether you want to hear a sound when a bid is won and/or when a lot marked for you comes up on a clock.
“Winning bid”; this allows you to enable a sound when a bid is won. The sound is enabled by default; you can disable it using the slider if desired.
“Marked lots”;
Set to 0 to indicate that you do not want an audio signal for a marked lot
Set to 1 to 12 to indicate when you want to receive the audio signal that a marked lot is coming up on the clock, i.e. how many lots before the marked lot is on the clock.
Appearance
The Appearance tab displays the following settings available for the selected profile regarding the appearance of the purchase screen.
Here you can set which layout you wish to use, along with some specific additional options.
We currently offer 3 clock layout options;
‘Landscape – large secondary clock’, designed to display more information across fewer clocks.
‘Landscape – small secondary clock’, designed to provide an overview of a larger number of clocks.
‘Portrait’, this layout is widely used in dealing rooms
Comfort mode displays the layout with a comfortable colour scheme.
For the upcoming games, you can set how many games from the main clock and secondary clocks should be displayed in the upcoming games block of the main clock.
With the large secondary clocks, the secondary clock has its own upcoming games; if you only want to see the main clock’s upcoming games on the main clock, select ‘Main clock only’.
For small secondary clocks, the secondary clock does not have its own upcoming batches; you can then choose to display these on the main clock and specify how many batches you wish to see per clock (choice of 1 to 12 batches).
Support Center
The current version is displayed on the Support Center tab.
