Want to be sure that the product you purchase on the auction clock is the same as the one you saw with your own eyes? Then while inspecting the clock offerings, mark the lots of interest to you with your smartphone.

Subscription

This service requires a subscription. Did you already have the service in FloraMondo? Then the improved 'Inspect and scan' application will be available directly in the mobile menu once you have activated RFH Pre-Auction. Save this link in your phone.

TIP: Create a shortcut from the RFH Pre-Auction 'Inspect and scan' website on your smartphone. That way you are in the right login environment within 1 click

Settings

Through the account settings within RFH Pre-Auction, you can make two default settings for marking changes related to Schouw and scan. More information can be found here.

Scan the barcode with your smartphone

If supply on the current auction day is found at the barcode that was scanned then these product(s) will be displayed with supplier information, available quantities and any clock presale information.

Turn the mark icon on or off

Depending on the default settings, the mark icon can be turned on or off after the scan, and you will see 1 flag (for yourself), or a double flag (for a group).

Via the drop-down icon, there is always the option to do something different from the default.

NB1. Even with the option where everything is directly on (marked), it is possible to manually turn off options after this.

NB2. (Exception) if you have marked for a group without direct marking, and scan the barcode a second time, the icon will not immediately show the correct status. When you click on the drop-down icon, however, the last status will be displayed correctly.

Offline mode

When 'Inspect and scan' is started, and you no longer have network coverage in the cold store, you can still continue scanning. The marks made will be saved until coverage is restored, at which point they will be sent. If this is done successfully, you will see a notification of this.

NB the direct marking setting is not active in offline mode

Transition situation: are you using both FloraMondo and Pre-Auction?

You have one month to switch from FloraMondo to Pre-Auction.

The markings are sent to both Pre-Auction and KOA. So, you don't have to go to your KOA workspace to do or adjust markings after the inspection. You can also work directly in Pre-Auction and get used to the new situation. In addition, Pre-Auction offers many more advantages. See 'starting with RFH Pre-Auction' for this.
