Do you buy on the auction clock with multiple (international) buyers within your organisation? Then, as a Floriday administrator, you can use "Buyer management" to manage various settings, such as:
Getting started with Buyer management
The Buyer management functionality can be found in RFH Pre-Auction - the app within Floriday for viewing and marking clock offers. Using the one-off steps below, you can access Buyer management via the Pre-Auction app as an administrator in Floriday:
Step 1
Log in to Floriday (or create one here www.floriday.io/aanmelden)
Step 2
Add RFH Pre-Auction. Go to Settings (by the three dots by your name). Click on Apps & integrations. Search for 'RFH Pre-Auction' and add the application.
Step 3
Now set the access permissions for yourself or a colleague. Go to Settings / Apps & integrations / RFH Pre-Auction / Access and permissions / Set permissions. Under Apps, click RFH Pre-Auction and tick Buyer management under functionalities.
Step 4
From RFH Pre-Auction, the 'Buyer management' option is now available via the top-right menu. You can now start managing your buyer settings.
(de-)Block or adjust daily limits per buyer
Go to the menu at the top right in RFH Pre-Auction and click on 'Buyer management'
You will now see an overview of all buyers registered within your organisation. Click on the three dots behind the line of the KOA workplace you want to modify, a menu now appears. Here you have several options to manage your buyer settings.
(de-)blocking buyers
If you want to block the KOA workplace, click on block buyer and the screen will now change to 'blocked'.
If you want to unblock a workspace, click the three dots behind the line again. Now select unblock buyer. The screen now changes back to active status.
Adjust daily limits
Click on the three dots behind the line of the KOA workspace you want to change and select 'Edit daily limit'.
A pop-up will open where you can set the daily limit. Enter the amount you want to give the customer here. In this example, we enter €1500. Click on 'save'.
After saving, the daily limit is adjusted to the amount of €1500.
Managing buyer cards
Select the KOA workspace you want to change and click the three dots behind it. Select 'Update buyer cards.
A pop-up opens showing the buyer cards associated with the workspace and at which location they are active. Select the hub (location) where the plate should be active or uncheck it if the buyer card should no longer be active there. Then click 'save'.
Buying flowers/plants
As the main user, you can decide whether a user can only buy flowers, only plants, or both.
Click on the three dots behind the line of the KOA workspace and select “Buy flowers/plants”.
By moving the slider to 'off', it is not possible to buy there. This functionality is set to 'on' by default.
Please note that this does not remove locks on plant clocks in connection with the sanction policy.
Other settings (Select Delivery Priority)
Select the KOA workspace you want to change and click on the three dots behind it. Then select “Other settings”.
Indicate for each user whether they are allowed to use the Select Delivery Priority option. The functionality is always enabled, but must always be activated in KOA before use. You can do this by using the shortcut key combination “Ctrl U” for Aalsmeer, “Ctrl V” for Naaldwijk and “Ctrl W” for Rijnsburg in KOA.
Please note: If you disable the Select Delivery Priority feature in Buyer Management, this will apply to all locations!
