Using RFH Pre-Auction from KOA

You can now also use RFH Pre-Auction from KOA. In time, the supply screen in KOA will be discontinued and markings can only be made in the future-proof RFH Pre-Auction. How does Pre-Auction work from KOA? You can read about it here.

Please note: Before you can use Pre-Auction from KOA,

You need a Floriday account. Don't have an account yet? Create one here.
The main Floriday user within your organisation must give you access to RFH Pre-Auction. Are you the main user? Read here how to activate RFH Pre-Auction and give your buyers access.

Start KOA and select the ‘RFH Pre-Auction (F5)’ tab.

To be able to work with Pre-Auction via KOA, SplitTunnel must be enabled.

If SplitTunnel is not yet enabled, the message below will appear in Dutch. Just click "ok".

In KOA, go to ‘View’ and turn on SpiltTunnel.

You will see a pop-up window. It will instruct you to restart KOA. Restarting may take up to a minute.

When the SpiltTunnel is switched on, it is coloured green.

Then click on the RFH Pre-Auction tab (F5) and log in to Floriday.

You can now view and mark offers in Pre-Auction.
