Only Floriday main users (administrators) within a company can add an app.

Please note!

Doesn't your company have a Floriday account yet? Then read here how to apply. Do you have an account but don't know who the main user is? Find out here.

Through the steps below, we'll explain how to activate RFH Pre-Auction and give access to other colleagues.

RFH Pre-Auction activation

Log in to Floriday and click the plus sign (+) at the bottom of the left-hand bar to link an app.

At 'All apps' you will see the apps that are not yet linked, choose RFH Pre-Auction here.

In the next screen, select 'Add Application' at the bottom left.

After this, choose 'Open App' directly. If you do not see the 'Open App' button, ask the main user (Administrator) of the account for access (permission) to the App. The Administrator can do this through the steps described below under Give access to other colleagues

After opening the app, the below notification will appear. In fact, it is still necessary to link a Floriday account with a KOA account.

To do this, as the main user of your company contact the Royal FloraHolland customer contact centre on 088 789 89 89 to activate this link. After this, RFH pre-auction can be used.

Giving access to other colleagues

The moment a main user activates an app within Floriday, it is also visible by default to all other colleagues with a Floriday account within the company. If this is not desired, you can easily adjust it using the steps below.

Log in to Floriday and click on the plus (+) bottom left.

Among the linked apps, click RFH Pre-Auction.

On the right side of the screen, under the heading 'Access & permissions', you can see who has access to the app. To adjust this, click on 'Set Permissions'

In the next screen, you can control access for each user by clicking the 3 dots behind the relevant user and then choosing 'Permissions'

In the next screen, you easily grant access by checking or unchecking permission for the relevant app.
