Buyer management gives you, as the main purchaser, control over auction purchases within your organisation. Do you work with multiple (foreign) buyers? As an administrator, you can easily configure various settings, such as who is allowed to make purchases, with what budget, and link KOA accounts.
Please note that you must be an administrator in Floriday to activate Buyer management.
To check whether you are an administrator, go to Settings > Organisation > Colleagues. Your name will be followed by “Administrator”. If this is not the case, please call Floriday Support on +31 (0)174-352070 or send an email to support@floriday.io, and they will set this up for you.
Activating Buyer management
To use Buyer management, you must first activate RFH Pre-Auction on Floriday. RFH Pre-Auction not yet activated? See RFH Pre-Auction activation | Royal Floraholland buyer helpcenter
To activate Buyer management, go to Settings > Organisation > Colleagues in Floriday and select your own account. You will then see the Permissions overview.
Activate the Buyer management functionality under Apps > RFH Pre-Auction.
Please note that Buyer management is only intended for managers who manage the rights of all purchasers.
Getting started with Buyer management
If you have activated both RFH Pre-Auction and Buyer management, you are ready to get started. In RFH Pre-Auction, go to the three dots in the top right corner. In the drop-down menu, you will now find the option Buyer management.
Click on Buyer management. A new web page will open with an overview of all purchasers within your organisation.
The three dots behind each Buyer profile (KOA workspace) allows you to adjust various basic settings. View Basic settings per buyer | Royal Floraholland buyer helpcenter
