A new version of KOA will be available on Wednesday afternoon, 27 May. This update is necessary to transition, in phases, to auctioning via Floriday. What are the changes?
1. Double login for KOA
Following the KOA update, every buyer will face an extra step when logging in:
A pop-up will appear saying ‘Log in to Floriday’
As soon as you click ‘yes’, the Floriday login screen will open.
Important information regarding login:
Linked account: If you have a Floriday account linked to your KOA workspace, your Floriday login name will already be filled in. Once you have logged in successfully, you are technically ready for phase 2.
Not linked: If you do not have a linked account, you will not be able to continue buying at the clock from ‘Auctioning via Floriday phase 2’ onwards. Logging in with a different Floriday account will not work if it is not linked. Please contact your organisation’s main user for this.
Cancel login: If you click ‘no’, you will remain in KOA. This is still possible now, but from phase 2 onwards you will no longer be able to bid on the clock.
⏱️ Please note: After clicking ‘yes’, you have 2 minutes to log in to Floriday. Make sure you have your password and, if applicable, your phone for two-step verification to hand.
This step is necessary to continue buying at the clock during phase 2 of Auctioning via Floriday. This phase is scheduled to start around mid-June, so make sure you’re ready in time. Your organisation’s Floriday administrator can arrange this for you.

2. New test clocks – check if you’re ready
New test clocks are also available in this version of KOA. These allow you to check whether you’re technically ready to auction via Floriday.
Here’s how to test this:
1. Add the KOA test clocks T61 or T62 via F7 > ‘Clock selection’
2. Select test clock T61 or T62
3. Check that you can see the test clock running
4. Check that you can stop the test clock
5. Listen to see if you can hear the sound of the test clock (please note, there is no audio feedback when you buy)
👉Are all components in order? Then you’re ready for phase 2 of auctioning via Floriday.
