Download the check tool via the link below and follow the steps below. The tool automatically checks whether your computer meets the technical requirements for Auctioning via Floriday. Once complete, you’ll see straight away if there are any issues.

Run the check in three steps
Step 1: Download the check tool
Click on the download button. The file will be saved to your computer, usually in the Downloads folder.
Step 2: Open the file and grant permission
Open the downloaded file on the computer you’re using. You may receive a notification from your security software. If so, grant the tool permission to run by clicking ‘More information’ and then ‘Run anyway’.
Step 3: View the results
Once the check is complete, you’ll see a result for each component. Is everything green? If so, your computer is ready to use. Want to be absolutely sure? Then test it beforehand on the practice clocks T61 and T62. You won’t be buying anything on these clocks, and there’s no charge. You’re simply checking whether the sound and internet connection are working properly on your computer.
Open the clock, listen to see if the sound is coming through properly and check that everything is running smoothly. You cannot test your microphone here yet, as you can with T60. This functionality will be available later.

CPU | Your computer’s processor isn’t powerful enough | Use a more powerful or newer computer. |
RAM (Random Access Memory) | Your computer has too little RAM. It may run slowly or freeze. | Upgrade the RAM or use a newer computer. |
Windows-version | Your version of Windows is no longer supported or is not activated. |
If you do not see the option to upgrade to Windows 11, your computer may not meet the system requirements.

Certificates | Your computer is missing a certificate for a secure connection. This may prevent you from hearing any sound and from contacting the auctioneer.
Important: install these certificates to be ready for Phase 2 of Auctioning via Floriday. |

Are you working via the MPN network?
In that case, updating may be more difficult. Temporarily use a different internet connection to download the check tool.
If this doesn’t work, download the verification tool from another computer that does have an internet connection. Copy the verification tool to a USB stick and open it on the MPN computer to run the check.
Please note: you cannot install software updates without an internet connection. However, you can install the certificates using the verification tool. Make sure you do this too!
If necessary, ask your IT administrator for help.
