This page covers the following topics:
Marking
Marking a supply line
If a supply line is of interest, you can mark it for clear recognition in the auction. Marking a supply line is done by pressing the marking flag.
It is also possible that a colleague has created a marker for you that you will see here.
Hotkey marking
It is also possible to mark via a keyboard shortcut. This can be done by selecting the line you want to mark with your mouse and then pressing enter. Then you can navigate down with your arrows and mark with enter. Hold shift if you want to mark multiple lines at the same time.
Marking in the details screen
In the details screen, you can also mark. Pressing a lot in the tile view will take you to the detail screen. Or by pressing the 'details' button in the bottom-right corner of the line view and then pressing the 'mark' tab.
Here you can include a quantity with your marking. When you want to buy this lot in the Auction app, you just have to press your space bar to buy the desired numbers.
Additional marking information
It is possible to provide additional information at the marker that is reflected in the auction in the detail view.
Number of units: Here you can specify how many you want to buy. On the auction, there is then no need to press number to buy.
Note: Here you can include textual information that is useful to see in the auction while buying.
Additional marking information in supply overview
If additional information has been included, this will be visible at the marker icon by a green ball.
โ
If you also want to see the additional data in the line overview, make the relevant columns visible as described in Supply filtering.
View all marked lots
All marked lots can be easily viewed by ticking the 'Marking' filter item in the filter menu.
Marking for other accounts within your company
In the overview of supply lines, it is also possible to create a marker for another account that is allowed to trade for the same organisation. The drop-down icon will show you a list of (Distance Purchasing) accounts for which you can mark this supply line. This person will almost immediately see this line reflected as marked in the pre-auction app and then during the auction.
Markings not visible?
Your Floriday account may be linked to the wrong KOA. The markings you make are therefore not visible in KOA. Contact the customer contact centre to rectify this.
