Only Floriday administrators (main users) within a company can add an app.

Please note!
Your company doesn't have a Floriday account yet? Then read how to sign up here

Have an account but don't know who the administrator (main user) is? Find out here

The steps below will explain how to activate RFH Finance and how to provide access to other colleagues.

Need more help? Then please contact Floriday Support to set up access correctly for your organisation.

Activate RFH Finance

Log in to Floriday and click on the plus sign (+) in the left bar to link an app.

You will see the apps that are not yet linked under ‘All apps’, select RFH Finance.

In the next screen, select ‘Add application’ in the bottom left corner.

After this, choose 'Open App' directly. If you do not see the 'Open App' button, ask the main user (Administrator) of the account for access (permission) to the App. The Administrator can do this through the steps described below under Providing access to other colleagues

Providing access to other colleagues

The minute a main user activates an app within Floriday, it will by default also become visible to all other colleagues that have a Floriday account within the company. If this is not required, simply amend it by following the steps below.

Log in to Floriday and click on the plus sign (+) link below.

Under the linked apps, click on RFH Finance.

You can see who has access to the app on the right side of the screen under the heading ‘Access & Permissions’. To change this, click ‘Set permissions’.

In the next screen, you can control access per user by clicking on the 3 dots behind the relevant user and then selecting ‘Permissions’.

Then simply grant access by ticking or un-ticking permission at the relevant app and relevant functionalities in the next screen.

After checking these permissions, you must log out of Floriday and log in again to activate the permissions for the app.
