The collection service feature in RFH Finance allows you to manage your Direct debit orders. You can view outstanding and processed instructions, approve or reject them, and set the threshold amount yourself to determine how direct debit instructions are handled.

Upcoming Direct debit orders
On the left-hand side of the menu, under Upcoming, you’ll find all direct debit orders submitted in the past week that still need to be handled.
Processed direct debit orders
Under History, you’ll find an overview of all processed direct debit orders. Here, you can look up previous orders and check their status. Outstanding orders are handled every Tuesday and settled on Wednesday against the trades executed.
Threshold amount
Under Upcoming direct debit orders, you’ll find the Threshold amount option at the top. This option allows you to set the maximum amount up to which direct debit orders are handled automatically.
Orders below the threshold are automatically approved and, where possible, settled.
Orders above the threshold are submitted for review.
Click on the pencil icon. On the new screen, enter the desired amount and then click Save.
Important: Check regularly that the set threshold is appropriate for your business operations.
Reviewing a direct debit instruction
When a direct debit instruction exceeds the set threshold amount, it is submitted for review. Direct debit instructions submitted for review must be reviewed within one week.
