What hardware do you need, how does it work on a computer or smartphone

Supported devices

RFH Insights works on a computer, tablet and smartphone. Installation does not work via the Apple Store or the Google Play Store. RFH Insights uses a browser. You can go directly to insights in the browser or via Floriday, the login works the same way.

All common browsers (Edge, Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Opera) are supported. On older devices that no longer receive updates, logging in may not continue to work.

Create shortcut

You can also create a shortcut on your smartphone on your own desktop, so that Insights works almost in the same way as an App that you install yourself from Google Play or the Apple Store.

  • Android: Open insights.floriday.io in your (Chrome) browser, go to the 3 dots for the browser settings and click on 'Add to your home screen'.

  • iOS: Open insights.floriday.io in Safari, tap the share icon in the navigation bar (square with up arrow), Scroll down to open the extra options, then tap the 'Add to Home Screen' option

Mobile or desktop view

The app adapts to the screen, on a smaller device it switches to a somewhat simplified view. Even on a smaller device you can still choose to display it as a desktop site instead of the mobile view. This also works via the browser settings.
