Self-exclusion

Want to restrict access to your account — permanently or temporarily? Just follow the steps below:

To self-exclude your account, please do the following:

  1. Go to "Global Settings"

  2. In the "General" section, scroll down and click "Request self-exclusion".
    A confirmation email will be sent to the address linked to your account.

❗️If your account doesn’t have an email set, follow this guide to add one first.

  1. In the email you receive, click the confirmation button — this will start a 24-hour cooldown period.

  2. After 24 hours, you’ll receive another email with the option to extend the self-exclusion for a period ranging from 3 days to permanent.

Before blocking your account, make sure to withdraw any remaining funds

Creating new accounts after self-exclusion is strictly prohibited

Please note: we can only block your account — complete data deletion is not possible
