You can preschedule the date and time that your event begins and stops accepting bookings so you can focus on planning the experience.
To set the schedule,
Visit the event editor in the admin
Expand the Settings section
Enter or select a date from the dropdown calendar for "Timed Booking Start" and enter a time when guests can begin booking the event. You need to enter both in order for the system to register it correctly.
Enter or select a date from the dropdown calendar for "Sales End Time" and enter a time when the event is no longer bookable. You need to enter both in order for the system to register it correctly.
Click Save & Next
You can decide to use one, both, or neither of the scheduling options.
