Guests usually add their dietary restrictions to the Comments section while making a booking. To view them,
Go to the “Bookings” tab in the event admin
Click on a guest’s name to see the expanded details. Their dietary restrictions will show in Comments if they entered any
You can always message your guests to remind them to send you any dietary restrictions before you begin prepping the food for the event.
If a guest messages you via RSVP's messaging feature, you will receive an email notification that you have received a message. You will also see any messages in the "Messages" tab of the event admin. It looks like
Remember to add any dietary notes to the guest booking so you have that information in one place.
Go to the "Bookings" tab and find the correct guest
Click on the three dots to the right of their name and select "Edit Booking Details" to add the information to the "Comments" field
