You can easily send money back to a guest from the RSVP admin without incurring any penalty fees.

  1. Go to the "Bookings" tab of the event admin

  2. Find the correct guest. If you have many seatings or guests, you can search for them by typing their name into the search field at the bottom of the page.

  3. Click the dots in the "Actions" column to expand a dropdown menu of options and select "Cancel and Refund"

A box will appear where you can select the number of seats to cancel. For example, if you need to cancel and refund 1 ticket from a party of 4, select "1 seats" from the dropdown then "Save." The system will issue a refund if it was a paid ticket.

To refund a partial amount, select the "Advanced Options" box. An additional field will appear where you can enter the amount you want to refund the guest/s whose booking you are cancelling.

For the guest to receive confirmation of the cancellation and refund, select the "Send Confirmation Email" box.

NOTE: If you are only providing a custom refund but not canceling a booking, select "0 Seats" from the dropdown. Otherwise, the number of seats you choose will be the number of bookings also canceled, not just refunded.
