Access your guest profile, bookings, and contact organizers and restaurants

You have the ability to manage your profile, bookings, payment methods, and messages with organizers or restaurants from your guest account. Follow the steps below to explore the various areas.

Note: RSVP does not require you to create an account to make a booking at a restaurant (unless there is prepayment taken). If you do not yet have an RSVP account, you will need to create one In order to manage your restaurant booking. If you do have an account, it will immediately show under the My Bookings section.

Log in as a Guest

 1.     Click Login on the upper righthand corner

2.     Select Guest from the two options

3.     Enter your email and password and click Login. Be sure you are using the same email you used to purchase a ticket.

4.     You will be taken to your Guest Profile with the My Bookings section showing first. All Upcoming Bookings will show first followed by Past Bookings. Within each overview, you will be able to View Details or Message Organizer. You will only be able to View Details for past bookings. 

For restaurant bookings, you may be able to perform additional actions like Edit Booking or Cancel Booking.

If you wish to navigate to other areas of the Guest Profile, you can do so using the menu on the left.
