There are a number of reasons you may want to keep some of your tables offline. This means your team can allocate bookings to those tables, but the RSVP system will not take them into account when showing availability to guests booking online.

This needs to be set up in the admin and can also be changed at a later date after you have begun accepting bookings.

 1.     Log into the RSVP admin and click on the Table Layout tab. 

2.     Select the table layout you want to edit and click on the pencil icon to the right of the title to enter the edit mode. (If you need to create a new one, click the Add Layout button in the upper righthand corner.)

3.     Select the table you wish to make manual by double clicking on it. A dialogue box appears.

4.     Select the Manual Booking Only option and click Save.


Note: the table will not appear any different than the others in the Table Layout edit mode or on the FOH.
