If you have a Stripe Connect account with RSVP, it means any ticket sales flow directly into your account rather than accumulating on our clearing accounts before they are paid out to you. Below is a brief guide on how to navigate the dashboard.

 1.     Main Dashboard, once you're logged in

  • similar to your own bank account, the dashboard gives you a snapshot of today's activity, comparing it to the previous day

  • the top panel gives you the option to look at different account details and settings. Not all are necessarily important for your needs, but they help to give you more transparency on payments and customer data

2.     Balance overview - most important to know how much money is available to you

  • Stripe collects payments and send them out in batches. Depending on your chosen payout schedule (see step 3), you can see here the total amount that has been paid out and is on its way to your bank and the total amount that will be available soon from pending payments

3.     Settings - set your payout schedule

  • make sure to add and connect your bank account in order to receive funds from Stripe. You can edit the existing bank account linked to Stripe or add additional ones

  • decide on your preferred payout schedule - daily, weekly or monthly - by clicking on the automatically send daily in the Estimated future payouts section of Balance, or from Settings by clicking Bank accounts and scheduling

  • if you choose to have the payout manually, you will need to create manual payouts from Stripe to your account.

4.     Customers - identify your customers if required

  • contact details of each customer that paid with a card is registered and can be identified. Every step is listed in order for you to rectify any payment issues (e.g. declined card, insufficient funds etc)

  • Do NOT perform refunds directly from Stripe, since all payments are connected and triggered by the RSVP platform. Check this article for refunds

  • card details are not saved for any future charges

5.     Payments - track individual payments

  • check on a guest payment's status in order to keep track or solve guest requests

  • Do NOT perform refunds directly from Stripe, since all payments are connected and triggered by the RSVP platform. Check this article for refunds

Note: If you do not have a Stripe Connect account but are interested in one, reach out to our team at support@rsvp-popup.com. We will review your activities and determine whether you qualify for the method of payment.
