Once the booking for a table has finished their meal, clear the table. It will visually appear as available again (particularly helpful if you have central reservations) so your team knows which tables can be turned.
Note: You need to have seated the booking in order to clear the table. Learn how to seat a booking HERE.
1. Click on the table (Hint: the table color for a seated guest is green) you want to clear and select the guest name. Or, click on the Seated tab in the FOH. You will see all seated bookings there. If you use the Seated tab, click on the booking you wish to clear.
2. The booking details will appear. The button that was previously Seat Table will now show Clear. Click the Clear button.
3. The table will revert to dark grey, and the booking will move from the Seated to All tab.
