A guest profile note is similar to an Instagram bio. It's meant to be short and sweet but informative. It will show under the guest details each time they book, and you can edit it at any time from your Guestbook or from the create / edit booking window.

 1.     Click on the Guest option from the hamburger menu in the upper lefthand corner

2.     Search for your guest in the search bar by clicking the magnifying glass icon or scroll to find their name in the list. When you find it, click on their entry. Their profile will appear to the right.

3.     Click on the pencil icon on the upper righthand corner. The guest's name, email, phone, tags, and guest notes are now editable. Enter the info you would like into the Guest Notes field and click Save.

4.     The note will now appear in the Guest Notes section of the guest's profile.
