Rather than penalizing your guest with a pure no show fee, you have the option of issuing them credit to be used at a later date. You can also issue a gift voucher for a purchase someone makes in-person.

Note: issuing a gift voucher in the FOH does NOT ask the recipient for payment first. For those who want to purchase a gift voucher, direct them to your website or your RSVP profile page to do so.

1. In the Gift Vouchers section of the FOH, click the Issue Voucher button in the upper righthand corner.

2. A dialogue box will appear where you can enter the relevant information. Add the recipient's name, email, the value of the voucher, and select an expiration date. Use the Description field to help your team identify the details of the purchase in the future (e.g. a specific voucher type). Click Save.

Each gift voucher comes with a corresponding, unique code. Once you click Save, the system will send an automated email to the recipient with the information and code.
