Overview
We’ve introduced a new feature that allows you to generate unique QR codes and direct links for any individual block within a Home Guide. This makes it easier than ever for guests to access specific instructions instantly—without scrolling, searching, or calling for help.
What You Can Do With It
You can generate:
A unique, shareable link to any Home Guide block
A downloadable QR code for that specific block
This works for any property and any module within its Home Guide.
When guests scan the QR code, they are taken directly to that one block—no distractions, no scrolling.
How to Generate a QR Code or Link
Navigate to Home Guides in RueBaRue.
Select the Home Guide for the property and click Edit.
Locate the block you want to share—for example, Television Instructions.
You’ll now see two new options next to each block:
View Link – opens the direct link for that block (View Sample)
Download QR Code – saves a printable QR code
Both the link and QR code are:
Unique to the specific block for that specific home
Permanent, so you can print and reuse them across stays
