This issue occurs because the Property IDs in their bookings are missing or don’t match what's in RueBaRue.
This issue occurs when:
A guest booking is linked to a property without a Home Guide
The Property ID in the Home Guide doesn’t match your rental software
The Property ID is blank in RueBaRue
As a result, RueBaRue cannot send the guestbook or any automated messages to these bookings.
How to Fix
Step 1: Fix Property ID in Home Guide
Go to your Home Guide page
Click the ✏️ icon next to the Home Guide title
Update the Property ID to match your rental software exactly
Step 2: Update Guest Bookings (if Property ID changed)
Go to the Guests page
Set the departure date to 1 year in the future
Filter by Missing Home Guides
Click Edit next to each affected guest
Update the Property ID to the correct one from your PMS
Important: The Property ID must match exactly in both the Home Guide and your PMS.
