We’re excited to introduce Guest Journey – a quick and easy way to see all scheduled messages for a booking in one place.

With Guest Journey, you can:

  • View all scheduled messages for a guest

  • See messages that have already been sent

  • Review the exact content of each message

Saved Response Search

How to Access:

  1. Go to the Guests page

  2. Click the Details icon for a booking

  3. Open Guest Details to view the Guest Journey

This feature makes it simple to track guest communications and ensure nothing is missed.
