Add a message template

Here are the steps on how to create and personalize message templates.

  1. Go to Message Templates under Automate.

  2. Click the add button to create a new message template.

  3. Add the name, select a folder such as the Scheduler, Alerts and Extend Guest Stay. Add the subject and the message.

  4. You can also personalize the message template by using macros. Click a macro and copy it to your message.

  5. Click save when you’re done and you’ll see it on the list page.
