Here are the steps on how to create and personalize message templates.
Go to Message Templates under Automate.
Click the add button to create a new message template.
Add the name, select a folder such as the Scheduler, Alerts and Extend Guest Stay. Add the subject and the message.
You can also personalize the message template by using macros. Click a macro and copy it to your message.
Click save when you’re done and you’ll see it on the list page.
