Rumor members can discover and request access to your public events via the in-app Discover feed.
To expand event reach beyond Rumor members, hosts can use Sign-Up Forms to gather RSVP requests from non-members by sharing the form externally.
All RSVP requests—whether from the in-app feed or Sign-Up Forms—can be managed in the Guest List > Requests tab in the host portal.
Accessing Event RSVP Requests
Navigate to your Event Dashboard and select your event.
Click on “Guest List” to access all attendee statuses.
Click on the “Requests” tab to view pending RSVP requests.
From here you can:
Search, filter, and export attendee data
Approve or decline requests
View request details, including responses from in-app or Sign-Up Forms
Approving a RSVP Request from the Guest List
Navigate to Guest List > Requests.
Select a single user OR multi-select multiple users.
Click “Approve Request” or “Decline Request” at the bottom of the screen.
Declined guests move to the Declined tab, where their invite can still be managed later.
Approved guests move to the Confirmed tab and receive an invite confirmation.
Managing Invite Details Before Approving
If approving a single request, an expanded view will display:
Guest Profile Details
Request Source (in-app request or Sign-Up Form)
Responses from Custom Questions (if applicable)
Ticket Type Dropdown (required)
Additional Guest Fields (optional)
Internal Private Notes (optional)
Input the Ticket Type, Additional Guests (optional), and Internal Notes (optional).
Once all details are entered, click “Approve Request” to confirm.
If approving multiple guests, the selected invite details will apply to all users selected.
Managing RSVP Requests from Sign-Up Forms
RSVP Requests submitted through Sign-Up Forms can also be managed directly in Sign-Up Form submission table.
