Notifications inform you of various activities or actions on your account, helping you stay updated on resource management and take necessary action when needed.

The following notifications must be enabled by an Admin user (with Edit Account Settings & Data turned On) under Account Settings for Individual members to receive notifications and opt out:

The following notifications are enabled by default for all users. Each user can turn on or off these notifications at any time.
People and Projects You Follow
You will receive the following notifications for the people and projects you follow:
Only Admin and Manager users can follow projects and people and receive the above notifications.
Users will automatically follow:
The projects they create manually in Runn
The projects they star
The projects to which they are added as Manager (Project)
The projects associated with the Primary Team(s) that they manage as defined in their permissions settings
My Activity
My Resourcing Requests (Only available to Admin and Manager users)
@mentions (Only available to Admin and Manager users)
Managing your notification settings
Hover your cursor on your name at the top right corner > Settings
Select My Notifications from the horizontal bar menu
All the notification types are turned ON by default. You can toggle them on or off at any time.
How you get notified
You can choose whether you would like to receive notifications through email, in-app, or both by turning the toggle on or off:
