Update your facility’s name. What you enter here will be displayed on your public booking page, and all booking correspondence that's sent your customers.

Here’s where you’ll find the link to your facility’s booking page. The main landing page your customers use to create accounts, make bookings, or sign in to their Swift profiles.

If you would like to change your booking page URL, click on the Edit icon and make the change. Keep in mind, your previous booking page URL will no longer be accessible to your customers immediately.

Decide whether a view-only version of the facility's Calendar should be visible to your customers (public), which gives them the ability to view when bookings occur and in which space.

Input important information about your facility such as the address and phone number, etc. Any information that's entered here will show on your public booking page.

If you need to add a tax rate or will be collecting tax, please enter in an accurate address here. Additionally, the time zone in which your facility is displayed is determined by the address you enter here.
