Customizing your booking page

Your booking page is your facility's main landing page in Swift — it's where customers sign in, make bookings, and complete purchases online. You would direct any new and existing customers to your facility's booking page

Logo and Banner

To upload a logo and banner for your booking page, go to Settings > Booking Page in Admin.

Before uploading, keep these requirements in mind for both your logo and banner:

  • Max file size: 2MB

  • File name: No special characters or spaces

  • Recommended format: PNG (other web-friendly formats will also work such as JPEG)

Logo

The dimensions for the logo should be 800 x 800 pixels (1:1 ratio), and a square logo would look best on your facility's booking page.

Banner

For best results, the dimensions for the banner should be 16:9 ratio. If your image appears too zoomed in or isn't displaying correctly, try adding blank space (padding) around the image before uploading.

Adding and Updating your Facility Description

Your facility description appears on your booking page and is one of the first things customers see. Use it to share any helpful information upfront — your location, parking info, what to bring, cancellation policies, or any other details that might save customers a question before they book.

To add and/or update your facility description,

  1. In Swift Admin, go to Settings > Booking Page

  2. In the Description field, add your facility's description or any important information

  3. Remember to click Save


Re-ordering Services

To change the order in which the service categories are displayed on your booking page,

  1. In Swift Admin, go to Services

  2. Under Booking, select the Booking Page option

  3. Scroll to the Service Order section

  4. Drag and drop the Service Category tiles into the order you'd like them displayed on the booking page

  5. Click the Save button

To re-order the individual services that's displayed within a service category, this will need to be done on the Service Category page in Admin, where the individual services are listed. For example, re-ordering each individual rental option:

  1. In Swift Admin, go to Services > Rentals

  2. Hover over the Service you want to move

  3. Click the up or down arrows to re-order the Service


Renaming the Services Categories and Description

By default, the service categories in Swift are:

  • Rentals

  • Lessons

  • Classes and Camps

  • Memberships

  • Packages

If you would like to rename the Service Category, and update the description under each category title, this can be done within Swift Admin.

For instance, if you would like to rename the Rental service and description,

  1. In Swift Admin, navigate to Service > Rentals

  2. Click the Rentals Settings button (gear icon in top right corner)

  3. Update the Title and Description

  4. Click the Save button
